Annual Auction

The initial scholarship monies were based on income generated from annual calendar sales in which the community could buy "days" to commemorate an anniversary, birthday, memorial, etc., and submit photos for publication. While the calendar itself was treasured, we were discouraged with how little it brought in that we could give back to our graduates. Our first auction in 2014 started with a year-long conversation over "How can we do better for the graduates we serve?" which culminated in a silent auction, dinner and live auction. Due to immense community support, our first one room event transitioned into expanding over three separate areas. 

Covid-19 restrictions saw us regrouping and moving to a solely online format. But with 2023 we held our first in person event again to huge success, albeit on a slightly smaller scale with a dessert dash in place of a full scale dinner. Thank you to all our generous donors and gracious bidders for investing alongside us in the future of White Pass graduates. Sweet & Savory Sprint and Auction 2025

Doors Open at 4:30pm

Join with us to support our White Pass High School graduates as they journey into post-secondary education.

This will be an incredible night of community gathering, camaraderie, and auction fun!
 

Pre-purchase your admission ticket and seat for the in-person auction. Tickets are $10 per person. You may purchase multiple seats at one time, so that you and your family or friends can sit at the same table together. Each table will seat a party of eight.

New This Year- Online Auction

A small number of items will be part of an online auction through the use of Bidding Owl.  Bidding for these items will be open on March 8, and online bidding closes March 15 at 6:15pm. 

 

All remaining auction item bidding will be done IN PERSON at the event on Saturday, March 15, 2025.
